1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Epok ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Epok is a group scheduling tool that allows users to create events, share them via link, and collect availability from participants. No account is required to respond to an event.
3. Beta Service
Epok is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, undergo significant changes, or experience downtime. We make no guarantees about availability or data retention during the beta period.
4. User Data
When you create an event or submit availability, we store the data you provide (event details, your name, and selected time slots). We do not require or collect email addresses, passwords, or payment information.
5. Analytics
We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve the product. This may include collecting anonymized usage data such as page views, feature usage, and general interaction patterns. We do not sell this data to third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: creating events for unlawful purposes, attempting to interfere with the Service's infrastructure, or submitting automated or spam responses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epok and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
